By accessing or using OurHealthNetwork ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

OurHealthNetwork provides:

• A healthcare provider directory connecting patients with doctors, specialists, and healthcare facilities
• Health information and educational content
• Job listings and employment opportunities in healthcare
• Healthcare provider profiles and practice information

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

Account Creation

Some features of our Service require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

For healthcare providers using our platform:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information
• You must maintain current and valid professional licenses
• You agree to provide truthful information about your credentials, specialties, and services
• You will not make false claims about your qualifications or experience

OurHealthNetwork does not verify the credentials of listed providers. Users should independently verify provider qualifications before seeking care.

For Employers

• Job listings must be accurate and comply with applicable employment laws
• You may not post discriminatory or misleading job advertisements
• You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions

For Job Seekers

• You must provide accurate information in your applications
• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee employment
• You consent to sharing your application information with employers

Subscription Plans

OurHealthNetwork offers paid subscription plans for healthcare providers to manage and enhance their profiles. Available plans include Starter (one-time payment), Professional (monthly subscription), and Elite (monthly subscription). Plan features and pricing are described on our For Providers page and may be updated from time to time.

Billing & Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. The Starter plan is a one-time payment.

• Monthly subscription charges are automatically renewed at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your subscription
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Provider Dashboard.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your profile will revert to a basic free listing
• The Starter plan one-time payment is non-refundable

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any remaining time in your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to your plan features until the end of the paid period.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time.

• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining billing period
• Downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle
• OurHealthNetwork reserves the right to modify plan features and pricing with advance notice to subscribers

All content on OurHealthNetwork, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OurHealthNetwork or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without written consent
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization

You may submit content such as reviews, comments, or profile information. By submitting content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you have the right to submit the content
• Agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Acknowledge that we may remove content at our discretion

IMPORTANT: The information on OurHealthNetwork is for general informational purposes only and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should:

• Never disregard professional medical advice based on information from this site

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurHealthNetwork and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any damages resulting from the conduct of any third parties on the Service
• Any errors or omissions in our content

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OurHealthNetwork and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Service

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

• The content or practices of third-party websites
• Any transactions you conduct with third parties
• Any damages or losses caused by third-party websites

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against OurHealthNetwork.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
