What's included in the Starter plan?
The Starter plan ($29 one-time) lets you claim your profile, add a profile photo, update your bio and tagline, and display a "Claimed" badge. Your CMS data from the Medicare database is displayed, patients can see reviews, and no competitor ads appear on your profile.
What's the difference between Professional and Elite?
Professional ($59/mo) includes rich media features like photo gallery, video intro, services list, team members, and insurance display. Elite ($99/mo) adds lead capture forms, lead management dashboard, featured placement, review automation, multi-location support, and dedicated account support.
How does the lead capture form work?
Elite members get a lead capture form on their profile where patients can request appointments or ask questions. You receive instant email and SMS notifications and can manage all leads from your dashboard.

What is your refund policy?
All purchases are non-refundable, including the Starter one-time payment and Professional/Elite subscription payments. However, you can cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.
