What is your return policy? Customer service is our #1 priority, and we want you to be satisified with your OurHealthNetwork.com experience! We're happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of your original order. Products must be returned in re-saleable condition, and must be clean and undamaged. All original packaging must also be returned undamaged. Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept any items that have been worn or used other than to test them for size and fit. Some products (such as toenail cutters, creams, and lotions) may not be returned for any reason since they are considered to be contaminated once they have been opened. Products returned that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
If you wish to exchange the item you received for a different product, you will receive a credit for the full price of the original item. There is no restocking fee for exchanges, however $4.95 will be charged to your credit card to cover the cost of mailing the new product(s) to you. If you wish to return the item you received for a refund, we will credit the price of the product to your credit card (less a restocking fee of 15%).
Custom-made orthotic sandals may not be returned for refunds, due to the nature of the work involved. However, we will gladly adjust your sandals free of charge for the first 60 days that you have them. All shipping charges will be paid by the customer, including our returned costs. [ Back to top ]
