Kasdan, DPM, in an effort to help people suffering from pain find reliable information about their conditions, and affordable medical-grade products to relieve them. We believe that many conditions can be treated without a visit to "the doctor's office;" with information and appropriate advice, individuals can obtain the exact same products recommended and used by doctors to treat their pain much more affordably and conveniently. What is your return policy? Customer service is our #1 priority, and we want you to be satisified with your OurHealthNetwork.com experience! We're happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of your original order. Products must be returned in re-saleable condition, and must be clean and undamaged. All original packaging must also be returned undamaged. Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept any items that have been worn or used other than to test them for size and fit. Some products (such as toenail cutters, creams, and lotions) may not be returned for any reason since they are considered to be contaminated once they have been opened. Products returned that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
   If you wish to exchange the item you received for a different product, you will receive a credit for the full price of the original item. There is no restocking fee for exchanges, however $4.95 will be charged to your credit card to cover the cost of mailing the new product(s) to you. If you wish to return the item you received for a refund, we will credit the price of the product to your credit card (less a restocking fee of 15%).
   Custom-made orthotic sandals may not be returned for refunds, due to the nature of the work involved. However, we will gladly adjust your sandals free of charge for the first 60 days that you have them. All shipping charges will be paid by the customer, including our returned costs. [ Back to top ]

How do I add a product to my "shopping cart?" You may purchase products on our Web site by adding them to your "shopping cart." To add a product to your shopping cart, find one that's recommended for your condition by visiting our pages titled Hand and Wrist Pain and Products. How do I remove a product from my "shopping cart?" Once you have added a product to your "shopping cart" you can remove it by viewing the contents of your cart (click on "Your Shopping Cart"); click on the "Delete" check-box next to the product you'd like to remove and click on "Delete Selected Items" at the bottom of the page. How do I change the quantities of products in my "shopping cart?" Once you have added a product to your "shopping cart" you can add additional quantities by viewing the contents of your cart (click on "Your Shopping Cart"); change the number in the text box next to the product and beneath "Qty."; and click on "Change Quantities" at the bottom of the page. Why has my credit card been denied? Your credit card may be denied for a number of reasons. In an effort to make shopping at OurHealthNetwork.com as safe as possible, we've set strict standards upon the use of credit cards on our Web site. Please ensure that you have completed all of the required fields on our order form. Check that you have inputted your credit card number without any spaces or dashes. How much is shipping? Shipping and handling to addresses inside the United States is only $4.95, no matter how much you order! (International orders shipped to addresses outside the United States will be assessed modest surcharges to account for additional postage. How will my order be shipped? Your order will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service in 24 hours or less. This generally takes 2 to 5 days to deliver, depending on where you are located. [ Back to top ]

Do you ship orders internationally? Yes! We are very pleased to be able to ship orders around the world! A $10.00 surcharge will be added to all orders shipped to addresses in Canada to account for additional Priority Mail postage.
      A $20.00 surcharge will be added to all orders shipped to addresses in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean to account for additional Priority Mail postage. A $25.00 surcharge will be added to all orders shipped to Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia to account for additional Priority Mail postage.
